Clarity & collaboration

How we work

We are a small, dedicated team. You work directly with the people who design and build your product. Expect clear communication, predictable milestones, and no surprise costs: every phase is agreed in writing before we move forward.

Built into every engagement

  • Weekly progress updates (Telegram or Notion)
  • Regular video calls and demos
  • Milestone-based payments—no hidden fees
  • Full source code & IP ownership transferred to you
  • Limited revision rounds included in your scope
  • Post-launch support as agreed
  1. Discovery & consultation

    Your side
You book an intro call, share goals, audience, constraints, and a rough budget or timeline.
    Our side
We listen, ask focused questions, flag risks, and outline realistic paths—no hard sell.
    Time & deliverables
One video call (about 45–60 minutes); optional follow-up if needed.
  2. Proposal & agreement

    Your side
You review a written proposal: scope, milestones, and costs. You ask questions until everything is clear.
    Our side
We prepare deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, revision limits, and IP ownership terms—aligned with the discovery notes.
    Time & deliverables
Typically 2–5 business days to deliver the proposal; kickoff after mutual sign-off.
  3. Design & planning

    Your side
You review wireframes and structure, leave feedback, and approve direction before build-heavy work.
    Our side
We shape IA, user flows, and low-fidelity layouts; we define content needs and a build-ready handoff.
    Time & deliverables
Often about 1–2 weeks for small sites; longer for large apps—stated in your proposal.
  4. Development

    Your side
You see progress on staging, join demos, and respond on time so we stay on schedule.
    Our side
We implement features and integrations, and share weekly written updates (Telegram or Notion) plus video calls as agreed.
    Time & deliverables
Duration follows scope; work is released in agreed milestones with checkpoint demos.
  5. Testing & QA

    Your side
You test priority flows and report issues; you confirm acceptance criteria per milestone.
    Our side
We run cross-browser checks, performance passes, and fixes; we document known limitations honestly.
    Time & deliverables
Typically about 1–2 weeks for standard sites; aligned to complexity in the proposal.
  6. Review & revisions

    Your side
You request focused changes within agreed rounds; clear feedback helps us move fast.
    Our side
We implement included revisions; out-of-scope requests are quoted separately before work.
    Time & deliverables
Defined rounds (for example 1–2) in your agreement—enough to polish without endless churn.
  7. Launch & handoff

    Your side
You provide domain, DNS, or hosting access as needed; you join a short training or walkthrough.
    Our side
We deploy, monitor the go-live window, transfer repositories and assets, and assign full IP to you with practical documentation.
    Time & deliverables
Launch day plus a structured handoff session; repo and credentials delivered as agreed.
  8. Support & maintenance

    Your side
You reach out through the agreed channel for bugs or small questions during the support window.
    Our side
We triage issues, ship fixes for covered items, and discuss optional retainers or new phases if you want ongoing help.
    Time & deliverables
A post-launch window (for example 30–90 days) is common; optional monthly care plans available.
